Chief Security Officer Jobs

Company Background:

We are a Quarry and Mining Company based in Jakarta, Indonesia with projects located in Malinau, North Kalimantan. We are seeking a Chief Security with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related incidents and investigations.
• Assess and mitigate potential risks and threats to our business.
• Manage security personnel, including appointing, training, scheduling, and supervising their work.
• Conduct investigations into security incidents, accidents, and thefts.
• Implement security awareness and training programs for employees.
• Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and other relevant authorities.
• Develop and implement security strategies, policies and procedures (SOPs) to ensure the safety and security of our employees, assets, and operations.

Qualifications:

• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Preferably with a Police or Military background.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both speaking and writing.
• Experience in the Quarry and Mining Industry is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Security Gada Madya Training Certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management.
