Chief Medical Officer (Cmo)

Aspen Medical is seeking an experienced Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for our prestigious hospital. As the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our medical services and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key responsibilities include clinical leadership, medical strategy and planning, quality and patient safety, regulatory compliance, physician relations, medical staff management, risk management, external relations, and crisis and emergency management.
Requirements

• Strong network in the healthcare industry and related government
• Willing to be based in Bandung.
• Experience in hospital minimum 15 years with at least 3 years as Director of Hospital, experience from large hospital company preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to be patient-focused, responsive, flexible, and committed to delivering quality service and improvement in an environment of continuous change
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry in Indonesia
• Medical doctor degree (Specialist doctor and/ or Master degree in hospital administration preferred)
