Campign Supervisor Skin Care

As a Brand Leader, the role is to provide support and advice to brand from Marketing & Branding perspective. The role will directly report to Marketing Manager with responsibilities as follows:

• Manage sales online team in order to achieve target revenue
• Organize brand team to achieve OKR
• Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing
• Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms
• Analyze and create marketing strategy for new product launch and customer target
• Organizing events such as product launches and exhibition
• Track marketing performance and ROI and prepare monthly report for management
• Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends
• Collaborate with R/D Team for Develops product by identifying potential product and conducting market research and competitor research
• Review and evaluate marketing campaign, advertising and seo to make sure all is effective
• Supervising all team activities in the brand
• Collaborate with marketing strategic team to making marketing strategic plan

Requirement :

• Excellent leadership skill, communication skill, and teamwork & interpersonal skill
• At least 1-2 years experience as Marketing Strategist or similar role in Marketing & Branding
• Strong analytical skill, creative minded, and problem solver skill
• Experience working on skincare business or related field its a plus
• Have ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
• Bachelor degree at related major
