Job Description
JOB SPECIFIC TASKS


  • Rotating shifts on weekends for data entry and assisting the sales gallery with any inquiries related to bookings.
  • Updating new email blasts as and when there are new promotions.
  • Booking hotel reservations through the Marsha system, updating voucher log, and OTM notes for the Finance track.
  • Maintain a good record/ filing system.
  • Maintain log records for charging, refund, voucher, etc.
  • Charging using the EBC system for packages, vouchers, and any upgrades.
  • Maintain log records for different departments' daily bookings.
  • Updating the OTM system for confirmation, cancellation, or important notes to support the sales gallery.
  • Back end Support a team of telemarketers from the call center and local marketing.
  • Date entry for daily bookings using the OTM system and sending email blasts to clients.
  • Handle monthly reports to managers for call center booking results and performance.
  • Performs other duties as appropriate.


CANDIDATE PROFILE


  • Proficiency in English (additional language required for certain positions)
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in administrative, data entry or a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and be a self-starter.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and meet targets. Proven ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Intermediate computer with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office computer word-processing skills with specific knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
