Rumah Siap Kerja is now looking for Freelance Tenaga Pelatih or Asisten Tenaga Pelatih for our Business Development Class.

1. Conduct class/training as assigned to the topics and the class duration
2. Contribute in the class/learning module development according to Tenaga Pelatih's expertise and the assigned topics

Requirements

1. Minimum Highschool graduates with 2 to 5+ years professional experience in Business Development field (preferably as Business Development Manager, PR Manager, Sales Manager, Commercial Manager, Partnership Manager)
2. Have a proven experience as a speaker/mentor/moderator/lecturer/teacher/trainer/coach in the relevant professional area
3. Able to fulfill class schedule of 15 hours per week (Mon to Fri with 3 hours teaching duration a day) with the schedule at 08.00-11.00 or 11.30-14.30 or 15.00-18.00 (GMT+7/WIB)
4. Able to operate and use virtual meeting platform such as zoom or teams.

This position will be well-compensated with hourly basis!
