AIA is hiring Business Quality Assurance Head to lead Business Quality Assurance Team and having responsible for ensuring compliance in the execution of sales activities through various channel

Key Responsible :

1. Work with distribution teams to enhance and embed business quality frameworks and sales compliance program
2. Develop, implement and maintain key policies and standards to support business quality framework and sales compliance program
3. Partner with first line stakeholders to deliver sales compliance programmes
4. Provide review and assurance on complaint related sales investigation result including its conclusion, root cause, recommendation and sanctions imposed (if any) aligned with market conduct guidline
5. Prepare disciplinary memo based on the investigation result and Liase with corporate compliance team in monitoring of sanctions implementation

Requirement :

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Laws with over 10 years solid work experience in the financial industry handling compliance and/or controls, Audit firm (Big 4) is a plus point
2. Familiar with internal control and understand test of control particularly in insurance operation or other financial services
3. Strong Leadership, analytical, problem solving and critical thinking
4. Good command in English both oral and written
5. MS. Office intermediate (i.e Excel, Power Point, Words, etc)
