About Our Client
Our client is one of the fastest growing e-commerce companies globally. Currently they are looking for a Business Development for Multi-Channel Network. This position will be responsible to acquire and cultivate creator's agency in a scaleable way to create E-Commerce content in the platform.

• Establish professional and effective cooperation mechanisms with agency partners to drive agencies development
• Responsible for the recruitment, support and management of the agency, as well as layout the operations management planning of the agency in the Indonesian market and the industry
• Cooperate closely with the internal operation team and marketing team to achieve the overall target.
• Activate creators and advance cooperative creators development of the agency

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with Indonesian MCN industry, BD business cooperation experience is preferred
• Good at internal and external communication and cooperation, good market development and partner operation and management capabilities
• Have strong business logic, learning ability and data management ability
• Have strong business negotiation and resource integration capabilities, and have the ability to directly negotiate with senior managers of partners
