Business Analyst & Project Management Officer

Identifying trends and issues with related to business continuity and sustainability periodically. Determining how well the firm's strategy is working while continuously aligning organizational priorities with respective stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Aligning and communicating the organizational priorities across respective stakeholders and business units based on business and financial data.
• Collaborating with business unit leaders in gaining their input into the business while helping coordinate their efforts in alignment with the group’s strategic plan.
• Providing comprehensive reports (financial modelling and planning preferred) with regards to the findings and recommendations from the evaluated business units for continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Having a good critical thinking & problem-solving skill.
• Having a positive and professional attitude with integrity.
• Demonstrating ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and challenging environment, while delivering targets in timely manner.
• Majoring in bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, accounting or any related fields.
• Creating & developing marketing plans to engage both ATL & BTL campaigns.
• Having a good presentation & communication skill.
• Having a detail oriented and excellent time management skill.
• Building, communicating & maintaining relations with strategic stakeholders.
• Min. 2 years experience Business/Analytics related fields, qualified fresh graduates are very welcomed.
• Analyzing, creating, preparing & managing the budget / financial modelling effectively.
