Job description:

  • Assisting writers to produce commercial and quality books according to market trend
  • Coordinating with the colleagues from the same department and also from the other departments to synchronize the work progress timely and to improve the work skill
  • Discovering, cultivating, and maintaining potential books
  • Keeping a close communication with the writers; guiding them to modify, optimize, and adjust their books to reach a better level
  • Managing daily cooperation of various operational activities related to the books and the writers
