Associate Quality Inspector Jobs

Job Overview:
Review and familiarize with Project AFC drawing, code and standard, ITP, Work Instruction and Project specification relating to assigned project. Conducting business & performing duties in accordance to McDermott’s " Code of Business Conduct" and any other governing of the company. Highlight and report for any nonconformities that deviate to Saudi Aramco requirement/project approved procedure/specification.to QC Supervisor/Quality Manager as per the approved QMS and Project Quality Plan. Conduct awareness and guidance to all construction Craft involved in Project as per Saudi Aramco requirement. Ensure that fabrication and inspection are comply to Schedule Q and MSAER (SAES, SAEP, SAMSS), SATIP and SAICs. Conduct the Focus Assessment on the HVAC fabrication activity.
Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated thorough knowledge of HVAC systems inspection, testing and balancing; procedures, tools and test equipment used in receiving, storage, fabrication, construction and Pre-Commissioning of industrial process and building heating, ventilation, exhaust, refrigeration air conditioning, hydronics, insulation, fuel gas and other systems, equipment and piping as required for the WORK.
• Demonstrated thorough knowledge of WORK related engineering codes and standards with HVAC requirements, such as IAPMO UMC, NFPA 90A, ASHRAE, SMACNA, NEBB, AMCA 99, ACGIH IVM; ANSI/ASME 831.5, B319 & B73.1; and UL 181A/B.
• Direct work experience and full knowledge of all aspects of HVAC systems; design, equipment, materials and quality activities required for construction and Pre-Commissioning of the WORK.
• Having leadership and motivating skill.
• Demonstrated thorough knowledge and understanding of the 2015 version of ISO 9001 QMS Requirement, engineering discipline drawing, standards, material specification, construction methods and QC Inspection and test procedure in one or more inspection disciplines.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking the English language.

Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Demonstrated thorough knowledge and understanding of the 2015 version of ISO 9001 QMS requirements, engineering discipline drawings, standards, material specifications, construction methods and QC inspection and test procedures in one or more inspection disciplines as specified in Paragraph 3.6 of this Attachment l.
• Bachelor Degree/Senior High School
• Saudi Aramco Project experience is advantage
• High school diploma with six (6) or more years of direct work experience, in the specific engineering discipline(s), performing QC inspection and testing of industrial project materials, equipment, systems and facilities under construction and Pre-Commissioning.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking the English language.
• Three (3) or more years of direct work experience performing QC inspection and testing related to the scope of WORK (e.g., industrial oil and gas production or petrochemical projects).
• With minimal supervision, performed a variety of document review, inspection and testing functions to verify CONTRACTOR Group compliance with Contract requirements.
