Job Description

Job Title: Assistant to Production Manager

Bali International Studios, a creative agency located in Uluwatu, Bali, is seeking an experienced Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be proficient in Google Drive, DropBox, and Notion, and have a proven track record of improving team performance and optimizing company operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in automation backend processes to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Assist in improving team performance by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Assist in production schedule and ensure that all projects are completed on time and on budget
  • Optimize company operations by developing and implementing strategies to improve workflows and streamline processes


Requirements:

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Must live in Bali, Indonesia
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Google Drive, DropBox, and Notion
  • Proven track record of improving team performance and optimizing company operations
