Our client is looking for Assistant IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases.
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure business continuity in the event of a system failure.
• Evaluate and recommend new hardware and software solutions to improve the performance and efficiency of our IT systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and ensure that the IT department is aligned with the overall goals of the organization.
• Manage and supervise the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage the budget for the IT department, including equipment purchases and software licensing agreements.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, GDPR and PCI DSS.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience with cloud-based computing solutions and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong technical expertise in network administration, database management, and server maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and collaborate with other departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
