Art Director (Film) Jobs

The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding art as in photo and video in the same category. You will handling the new launch product that assit with HeadQuarters (multinational), so need candidate with Business Level in English Communication.

Job Summary :

• Plan out work, prioritise tasks and ensure timely delivery across all brands and clients
• Takes full ownership of project from brief to final execution
• Overseeing creatives and working together with the team to develop new and innovative creative deliverables
• Self-motivated to learn new technique and skills, research on new trends and help team to develop new innovative concepts
• Ideate concepts and campaigns for client and agency with strategic thought and creative articulation for digital, from big idea development to final execution and campaign roll out
• Develop branded content, key visuals and creative mockup for campaigns and proposals
• Understanding creative briefs and provide creative art direction
• Work closely with account managers, strategist, planner and copywriter to ensure clear understanding and delivery of creatives per proposal / brief
• Help to train and mentor other junior designers in the team

What skills and experience you will need?

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Business Level English
• Advanced knowledge in design tools (eg: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro, etc)
• Ability to work under pressure, good time management skills, and able to handle multiple project
• Bachelor Degree in Arts, Advertising, Creative Multimedia & Graphics
• A good eye for designing and understand digital creative, visual storytelling, typography, storyboarding & illustration techniques
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in related position/ industry and with advertising background
