Job Description


  • Hit or exceed revenue forecasts.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing merchant by up selling and cross selling existing products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with network of Small & Medium Businesses in the region & Distributors.
  • Distributors Management (Sell in & Sell Out)
  • Design overall area sales strategy in the area


Minimum Qualifications


  • Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills, experienced in managing a big team, as well as strong in people development, mentoring and coaching.
  • 3 Years of experience in Sales and Distribution
  • FMCG Background is a must
  • Strong network and knowledge about district
  • Strong business sense and have a good understanding of the markets, customers.
  • Comfortable working under pressure
