We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.

Responsibilities

• Perform RCA validation made by the project team
• Making FSD documents, Product test scenarios, CR, adjusting documents when there is a revision / addendum.
• Conduct application training, evaluate training results and further needs to improve the team's internal knowledge.
• Carry out user requirements, ensure Fit and Gap documentation in the finalization of the requirements.
• Creation and hand over of FSD Project documents
• Create & update BA task list in project application.
• Coordinate with the internal team, BA manager & PM regarding project fit and gaps.
• Perform validation if there are changes & additions to test scenarios in the project.
• Familiar with BRD
• Supervise the product development team so that it is in accordance with the FSD document.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, goal-oriented and good ability to work in a team, creative thinking, and collaborative
• Passion in learning, improving and contributing to projects with a strong sense of ownership
• Have a highly analytical and structured approach in problem-solving
• Proven ability to work independently, self motivated, self starter who can initiate ideas and take ownership of work
• Proficient in English communications both verbal and written (business level)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business analytics, Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or in a related field
• At least 5-8 years of experience as Business Analyst/System Analyst (from IT Industry preferably)
• Familiar with project documents such as like SOW, FSD, BRD, RPM, CR
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and attention to details of the problems
