We are seeking an experienced Advanced Field Service Engineer to join our team in Indonesia. The Advanced Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for our company's products in the field. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on customer sites and during the execution of service activities.
• Provide training and technical support to customers, including end-users, technicians, and engineers, ensuring their effective and efficient use of the products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of technical issues.
• Document and report service activities, including service reports, field service logs, and inventory management.
• Provide feedback and insights to the engineering team regarding product performance, reliability, and potential enhancements.
• Install, commission, and maintain complex technical systems and equipment at customer sites throughout Indonesia.
• Travel to customer sites as required within Indonesia.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, technical advancements, and industry trends relevant to our company's products.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, troubleshooting, and repair of technical issues related to our company's products.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and inspections according to the maintenance schedule and company guidelines.

Must Have

• Ability to work independently in remote locations and handle multiple service requests simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar technical role, preferably in a relevant industry or sector.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet service targets.
• Strong technical background and hands-on experience with complex technical systems, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Proficiency in using relevant diagnostic tools, software, and equipment.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to customer sites within Indonesia and occasionally internationally.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
