Job Description

Altai Indonesia, a local agency belonging to the Altai Travel Group – Receptive Agencies all over the world -is looking to recrute for its agency based in Renon, Bali, Indonesia an:


Position: Administrative & Accountant assistant – Full time (M/W)



Main missions :

Under the management of the Administrative manager, you will:

-Verify and prepare the payments of our partners’ invoices

-Prepare and update the documents for following the expenses (GDM & Excel)

-Classify the expenses of our products (trips)

-Be in contact with our operationteam in order to verify their bookings and invoices

-Be in contact with our general manager in order to verifyoverheads

-Follow a good relationship with our current partners

-Contact and develop relations with new partners in terms of activities & accomodation

-Possibly have other missions according to your profil

Your profile :

-You have a good level of French and are Bilingual English (written & speaking)

-You are located in Bali or able to move there

-You have a good knowledge of Indonesia’s geography and regions

-You have former experience in Administrative and accountant management

-You are industrious, clear, and independant

-You enjoy the contactwith colleagues and partners (mail, phone,face to face)

-You work easily with a computer on the Windows OS with Excel, Word and Internet

-You enjoy outdoor activities

Qualities : Very rigourous , good interpersonal skills, , great autonomy &team spirit.
