Job Description

We are looking for Admin HR & GA


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in accounting, management or related to HR
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Have good communication with relations or team
  • Have experience in HR field min 2 years
  • Understand labor laws
  • Have a good attitude
  • Have initiative, attention to details and great work spirit


Jobdesc:

  • Organize new employee working device (ordering and shipping)
  • Make a draft employment agreement
  • Take care of claims and reimbursement insurance and other expenses and input them into the database
  • Inform all employee if there is any new information
  • And some other job which will informed later
  • Make an HR admin letters, warning letters, etc
  • Take care of BPJS & Insurance for employee
  • Recap employee’s data and doing document filing
  • Provide payslip to the employee
  • Recap employee’s leave
