Job Description

About our clients :


is a company engaged in the field of Human Resources services and established since 1999.

Qualifications :


- Education min an Associate's Degree majoring in Accounting(preferred)

- Experience min 1 year (Fresh Graduate are welcome)

- Understand journals in general and understand Ms. office especially excel

- A detail, diligent, conscientious and likes work that is administrative

- Domicile in Cikarang and surrounding areas


Responsibilities :


  • Responding to vendor invoices
  • Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company
  • Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy
  • Updating and maintaining records of expenditures
  • Sending out payments for company credit cards
  • Ensuring that all payments are sent on time
