Position Overview
Mainly responsible for Account Payable, Account Receivable, and Tax.
Roles And Responsibilities
Accounts Payable

• Obtain approvals for payments to be made
• Responsible for payment processing of invoices from vendors, OFB invoices, including concur reimbursements to employees
• Creation and modifications of vendors
• Prepare and record journal for Account Payable

Accounts Receivable

• Record journal for cash received and income
• Prepare cash received reconciliation for hotel payments
• Issue invoice and tax invoice to hotels
• Send chasers to hotels to settle remaining outstanding balance

Tax - VAT & Withholding Tax (Art 21, Art 23/26, Art 4(2))

• Prepare monthly tax computation and ID Billing
• Prepare and report monthly tax submission
• Send tax slips to vendors
• Collect prepaid Art 23 tax slips from hotels

Other Duties

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for certain accounts
• Prepare rebills to hotels (eg. travel expense recharge, marketing costs)
• Assist with ad-hoc projects, issues
