Accounting & Tax Manager (Chinese Speaker)

Job description:

1. Responsible for tax declaration process, responsible for monthly tax declaration and annual tax declaration, foreign investment declaration form LKPM
2. Responsible to Ensure tax payments and reports on time every month (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, Final PPh, VAT (PPN), etc)
3. Responsible for financial statement such as Balance Sheets, Profit/Loss, General Ledger using ACCURATE 5 software
4. Handling data input, output, and administrative tasks related to accounting
5. Checking the tax report and make sure we are following the tax compliance
6. Responsible for company inventory and COGS calculation for every order

Qualification:

1. Willing to be placed in Fatmawati Mas, Cilandak Barat, South Jakarta
2. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting-Tax or Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent from a fully accredited University.
3. Fluent in English, both oral and written, able to speak Mandarin is a PLUS.
4. Minimum 2 years work experience as SPV Finance, Accounting & Tax (preferably having worked in a tax consultant
5. Master the Indonesian financial standards, be responsible for the company's financial bookkeeping, issue individual statements, more than 3 years of accounting work experience, accounting work experience in manufacturing companies is preferred
6. Required Skill(s): Accurate, E-SPT，E-Bupot, E-Billing , E-Faktur Application, LKPM report
7. Having "Brevet Pajak A & B or C" Certificate are preferred
8. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. Logical, High Integrity, Detail Oriented, Good Analytical Skill
10. Work from office (WFO) :Monday – Friday

Working hours: 08.30 – 17.30
