You'll be joining a fun, dynamic, and innovative team with a diverse background here in Zenius.

• Help other team member with administrative works (such as preparing excel recapitulation of incoming/outgoing payment)
• Make monthly recurring journal entry (include the department classification and business unit classification such as accruals, run depreciation, prepaid amortization
• Maintain fixed asset listing (acquisition cost/addition/disposal/ sale of asset)
• Maintain & control travel & accommodation expenses by business unit
• Prepare advance payment & advance settlement from employees
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in accounting field (internship experience are welcome)
• Understand the basic accounting skills such as journal entries, preparing cash flow statement, balance sheet and profit & loss statement
• Have a good attitude towards team members and peers
• High spirit & fast learning
• Proficient in English will be an advantage
• Experience with cloud base accounting software is a plus
