Accounting And Tax Staff (Junior - Senior)

Jobdescription:

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Support the professional development of junior team members.
• Perform financial analysis and interpret financial statements to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead or participate in special projects.
• Manage accounting tasks such as recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
• Stay updated on tax regulations, prepare and file tax returns, and support tax audits.
• Generate accurate financial reports and provide insights to management.

Requirements:

• Ability to collaborate, lead, and manage a team.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of accounting and taxation.
• In-depth understanding of accounting and taxation principles, including the latest regulations and policies.
• Possess knowledge and experience in using accounting and taxation software.
• Proficient in financial analysis and interpretation of financial statements.
• Able to speak and listen Mandarin actively at least passively.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics / Accounting / Taxation or related field.
