Responsibilities:

- Managing client portfolios, ensuring regular communication, and addressing their needs and concerns in a satisfactory manner.

- Providing prompt assistance and handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

- Promoting the company's products or services to customers, expanding the client base, and exploring new business prospects.

- Monitoring customers' financial activities, including transactions, payments, and credit utilization, and supporting credit or loan renewal procedures.

- Collecting financial data and information from clients to facilitate credit analysis and risk assessment.

Qualifications:

- Minimum high school/vocational school or equivalent graduate from any field.

- Proficiency in motorcycle riding.

- Preferably placed at a work unit close to the applicant's residence.

- Advanced administrative skills.
