Tax Accounting Associate Jobs

Have experience minimum of 5 years in Accounting Department as a Staff.

Proficient in Accounting System such as Oracle Netsuite, SAP and other Accounting & Finance System.

Can work with limited time and manage many transactions.

Prior experience preparing information for audits.

Demonstrate leadership skills in order to direct and supervise the Accounting staffs).

Develop, implement, and review all strategic SOP and Policy related Finance and Accounting that work to minimize financial risk

2. Minimum 4 years experience in general and management accounting.

1. Bachelor Degree in tax accounting, financial accounting, or financial management.

6. Require strong communication and presentation skills.

8. Strong leadership, coaching skill, and ability to interact with and present to senior level leadership.

2. Minimum 2-4 years’ experience (preferably in Big Corporation or Start-up Company)

1. Compile revenue, make revenue journal, calculation revenue recognition

2. Analyze dan mapping revenue section and put it on income statement

4. VAT reconciliation with tax division

5. Involve in ad hoc regarding revenue section

1. Bachelor's Degree from accounting

·Have a minimum of 3 years experience as Supervisor/Senior Tax in one company.

· Do Journal, post purchase, sale and general transactions

· Make an import purchase book

· Invoice entry to VAT e-SPT

· Generate SPT Masa, VAT, income tax, and output reports

· Prepare annual and corporate SPT data

2. 1-year experience in general or tax accounting

4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills

6. Delegate financial responsibilities to the accounting team

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required (Master’s preferred)

3. Fluent in English is preferred

Responsible for monitoring the completion financial statements or other financial statements as required by management.

Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and or auditing

Establish and build out the Accounting function of the company, including developing an overall Accounting strategy.

Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and administration every day and submission of financial statements every month in accordance with specified deadlines.

Monitor the preparation of consolidated financial statements and prepare consolidated reporting packages.

Coordinate with other divisions and all group entities for the Compliance Process of the Company's Financial Statements.

Strong organization and time management skills

Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent

Minimum 2 years experience in the same position

Understanding all tax regulations and ensure company comply with the regulations

Provide tax preparation services (e-faktur, SPT Masa, etc), obtaining and reviewing tax information

Good in English both oral and written

1 year experience in Tax Consultant Field

Candidate possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from reputable Universities, with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00

Have good knowledge of taxation and accounting procedures

Brevet certification will be a distinct advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with people at professional levels will also be appreciated

Have a knowledge in Global Mobility Industry services is a plus.

Education -Bachelor Degree preferably from Accounting

Experience -1-2 years of experience or fresh graduates

Skill -Ms. Excel, SAP, ability to handle high-pressure environment with high pace growth

Provide required data/documents/confirmation/calculation for financial audit

Perform other tasks as assigned by the management and develop recommendations as needed.

Deep knowledge of Accounting principles, tax, and regulation requirements.

Managing end-to-end account payable process (verification, data entry, review, and payment).

Minimum of bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant majors.

Minimum 2 years experience in the related field.

Collaborate in the monthly financial closing process to ensure the transactions are appropriately recorded.

More than 1 years of work experience as an external auditor and/or in an accounting consultancy firm is preferred

Good English writing & conversation skills are preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00

Familiar with Accounting system operation and journal entries

Good understanding of basic Accounting

Review of transactions and prepare/review related journal entries.

- Minimum 2 years of experience working on a Full Set of Accounts

- To reconcile bank accounts, aged payables, and receivables of client companies’ accounts as assigned by them;

- To assist Accounts Executives in any other tasks required during the course of work;

- Bachelor's or Diploma's Degree in Accountancy

- GPA 3.5 and above
