Minimum 3 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of success in Project Management and/or consulting

Lead teams and manage the planning and grooming of sprints, execute sprints including daily scrum meetings and review sprints

Manage risks to delivery, remove impediments to delivery success

Extensive experience working in an Agile environment

Experience Tracking and reporting financials for small to medium sized projects

Excellent knowledge of scrum techniques and artifacts, such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing and backlog refinement

At least 3 years of experience as a scrum master or agile project manager

Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and prioritized

You have a flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and requirements as needed

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and best practices, as well as experience working with scrum frameworks

Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

10-12 years of relevant IT experience; at least 8 years in a technical software development environment or with IT Project Management

Develop, implement and manage team metrics, evaluate team metrics and make recommendations to teams and management for improvements

Enterprise Portfolio Planning and Management

Team Facilitation and/or Conflict Management

Minimum 4 years experience using Agile methods, 7 years experience is preferred

General Agile training and facilitation across Project Managers and all stakeholders

Holds certifications related to Project Management

Lead and manage various Company Strategic Projects

Having experience managing Agile Methodology Projects

Having experience: more than 3 years in similar industry will be preferred

Encourage and support the professional growth and development of team members, helping them to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.

In-depth knowledge of Scrum practices, principles, and values, as well as experience with other Agile methodologies such as Kanban or Lean.

Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are managed, and project updates are communicated effectively.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, working with software development teams.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is strongly preferred.

Lead the team in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance the team's performance, efficiency, and product quality.
