1. Melakukan analisa dan design untuk kebutuhan PMO Dashboard & Reporting

2. Membuat rekap dan pelaporan project status

3. Melakukan follow-up dan upload untuk URF Development

10 years of relevant project management experience in a similar role

Manage specific business functions directly and working closely with all other functions including sales, delivery, and finance

Develop and control documentation manage systems for all operationally related site files including leases, permits, as-built documents, etc.

Fluent language skills in both English and Indonesian Bahasa

Telecommunications industry experience is desirable

Develop and update business processes within operations and consult with corporate business processes

Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role

Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer

Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.

Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Experience / involving executing build capital projects.

Involved with end-to-end sales activities with support from our Indonesia management team and global/regional Asset Finance team

Extensive experience with Leasing or Auto Finance implementation core applications

Lead consulting service delivery as an engagement manager

Deep understanding of practical leasing or auto finance business operations

Solid experience with sales activities (e.g. proposal creation, presentation)

Good communication and facilitation skills

- Support the Management team in framing business problems

- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research and analysis necessary in developing recommendations for Management Team

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in same position

- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills in English

- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Prepare and finalize, among others: process mapping and business process improvement, performance dashboard, etc.

5 years of hands on project management experience

Develop and implement project management policies and procedures.

Communicate with Board of Directors, senior management, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for PMO initiatives

Provide guidance and direction to project managers and teams.

Coordinate and manage the resources of the PMO, including staff, budget, and equipment.

Naturally composed, half technocrat, half diplomat, sound people and negotiation skill.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant workstreams (E-commerce, Logistics, Management Consulting, Project Management).

Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning as well as monitoring cross-functional teams to various deliverables.

Providing financial reports and business statuses to senior management.

Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers.

Strong in multiple tasks and able to manage projects end to end.

Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Experienced in Client - Vendor management and Risk Management.

Having Project Management certifications is a plus.

Standardize overall project deliverables based on Project management methodology.

Keep learning and developing new skills, as well as encourage team member's skills development.

Experienced from user request definition phase until deployment. Can create URS until UAT plan document.

Visualize overall Project condition, identify & resolve project issues, and potential risks to client/ supervisor.

Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus

Assist with the development and management of project management templates and tools

Maintain project management processes and standards

Provide project management support and guidance to project managers

Assist with the management of risk management plans

Ensure compliance with project management policies and procedures

10 years of relevant project management experience in a similar role
