Ensure all transactions (revenue, expenses, asset, liabilities & equity) being recorded consistently and accurately in accordance to Indonesia Financial Accounting Standard

Maintain filling all accounting, finance and taxation data & information (vouchers, report, etc) systematically and well organized

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Minimum of 4-7 years of strategic finance, corporate finance, consulting. Preferably from a fast-paced environment.

Experience in Big 4 Accounting Firms (preferable)

Excellent command Ms. Excel/Spreadsheet and experience in using Accounting Software/System.

Manage appropriate relationship with statutory tax officer in term of statutory tax audit and external/statutory requirement/reporting

Minimum 3 years in job-related experience in tax or tax consultant firm (supervisory level)

Have excellent knowledge of tax regulations and laws in Indonesia

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous

Having SAP knowledge is preferable

Giving Tax Advisory to the Other Department, Customer and Supplier

Minimum 3 years working experience as Team Leader - Finance.

Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting / Finance.

Excellent in communication and collaboration skill.

Understand company's cash flow, accounting journals, tax rates and other government rules.

Expertisein Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.

Minimal bachelor’s degree from Tax, Accounting, or Finance

3-4 years' experience in Taxes (VAT and withholding tax)

Have experience in Tax for multinational company or Tax Consultant Firm

Strong Analytical Skill and work effectively with numbers and data

Effectively manages the day to day operation of Accounting to execute finance and accounting responsibilities for the property.

Leverages strong functional leadership and communication skills to influence the management team and to lead own team.

Hotel Operational Finance knowledge – previous Asst DOF or smaller hotel Director of Finance

Management of Financial Resources - Determining how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures.

Facilitates critique meetings to review results with management team.

Hotel accounting experience is essential, operational experience is also preferred but not essential.

Preferably experienced as Manager in Tax.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

At least 5-7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Experienced in handling Corporate Annual Income Tax Return (SPT PPh Badan), Tax Audit, Tax Dispute, and monthly tax report.

Certified in Brevet A / B.

Computer literacy, detail oriented, and good analytical thinking.

Minimal 3 years work experience in the same level

Have success experience in handling tax audit in previous company

Minimal Bachelor's Degree from any major

Have a good grasp of tax rules especially regarding to WHT

Good command in Microsoft Office (especially Ms. Excel)

Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java

Oversee and manage the accounting and finance functions of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and board of directors

At least 5 to 7 years of experience in finance or accounting

International mind-set, close collaboration with management

Manage the company's cash flow and working capital, including accounts receivable and accounts payable

Manage Indonesia payroll and taxes for employees based in the market

Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)

Finance operations including AP, AR, Bank and Payment, Intercompany charges

At least 5 - 7 years of working experience in similar roles

Tax experience (including prepaing tax report, liaise with Tax Department, etc)

Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships

·Provide monthly management report which includes – sales, AR, commission report, tax report and stock profile

It is expected that this Manager maintains good relationships all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations for BWI

·Review performance for the staff reporting to the manager

·Provide mentoring to elevate the skills of the whole department

·Timely issuance and accuracy of Purchase Order

·Negotiate terms with supplier to maximize company’s cash flow

Assist clients with their direct and indirect tax compliance requirements and recommend solutions that support their overall business objectives.

Support and back up the Tax Manager

Min 5 years qualifying experience in Taxation

Experience within a professional services firm will be an added advantage

Comprehensive knowledge of tax regulation

Handle day to day tax client tax issue

Coordination with other departments on timely adherence of finance requirement

Must be from Fashion & Retail background with experience in Finance and Accounts division for 7 years with

Adherences of the SOPs and recognize gaps & requirements for additional or amendment to existing SOPs

Coordinating with the buying team and supply chain for imports documentation requirements.

Liaise with Auditors, bankers, Insurer and other vendors and keep a control of overall cost of the business.

Understanding of regular VAT, PPH, PPN reports with local authorities.

* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

* Candidate have at least 5 Year(s) of working experience in tax dispute.

* Has good analytical skill, target oriented and able to work under pressure.

* Handling Tax Audit, Objection, and Appeal.

* Handling Tax Court or any other cases involving disputes with Indonesian tax authorities.

* Monitor tax payment and refund.

Foster and manage relationships with external consultants and advisers to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service

Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting / Finance

Min. 5 years of experience in middle to senior position

Combination of tax consultant working experience and commercial background such as start-ups would be preferred

Strong knowledge of tax compliance systems and automation

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual tax planning for the group

Minimum of 5 years of experience (middle level) in finance, accounting, and management

Minimum S1 majoring in accounting/management/business/economics/public administration, and/or other related affairs

Have skills in Brevet A and B

Familiar with using finance and accounting software (Accurate, Journal, MyOB, or others)

Make accounting reports (profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statement).

Make a financial statement group or consolidation.
