Overview A Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a business or organization. They are in charge of managing staff, ensuring customer service standards are met, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises. They may also be responsible for managing budgets and ensuring that all financial regulations are adhered to. Detailed Job Description Duty Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a business or organization. They are in charge of managing staff, ensuring customer service standards are met, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises. They may also be responsible for managing budgets and ensuring that all financial regulations are adhered to. They are also responsible for resolving customer complaints, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. They may also be responsible for scheduling staff shifts, conducting staff training, and ensuring that all safety regulations are met. Job Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role
