Account Manager Technical Sales Jobs

Working closely with the Pre-Sales Engineers, Sales Management and Inside Sales Representatives to ensure sales objectives are being met.

Excellent customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and special attention to detail, follow-up.

Manage all RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes.

Demonstrated knowledge of negotiation tactics and persuasive techniques.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including cold calls, proposal preparation, and presentation skills.

Knowledge and have access to customer based will be a significant advantage.

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel), Google Workspace (Gdocs, Gsheet, GSlides).

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
