Fresh graduate or experienced (with max. 1 year of work experience)

Outstanding communication skills, strong interpersonal, teamwork and negotiation skills

Strong analytical skills both qualitative and quantitative

Having a guidance and support through coaching and mentoring with senior leaders and in-class training to develop leadership and technical proficiencies.

In depth understanding about business process, data analysis, problem identification tools and research methodology

- Follow up skills and acute attention to accuracy and detail are essentials;

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa is a must;

- Highly motivated individual with strong analytical thinking, demonstrated initiative, independence and adaptability;

- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow in fast-paced, detail-oriented environment;

- Proficiency in Spreadsheet/Excel, Deck/Powerpoint/Canva, Docs/Word and other productivity apps;

- Must be able to commit at least for 6-months

Work alongside Sales professionals and subject matter experts to build proposals, manage projects and bring value to clients

Excellent communication and presentation skills that are equally engaging, compelling, and influential.

Support internal IBM teams on business analysis activities, marketing initiatives and building and implementing programs

Collaborate with the broader IBM sales ecosystem, from Marketing to Sales and technical colleagues, to IBM Business Partners

An active student in 2023

You studied a technical degree (B.S/M.S) i.e., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent subject.

Fresh graduate or experienced (with max. 1 year of work experience)

Maximum age of 24 (for Bachelor's) or 26 (for Master's)

Socially active in sports, arts, social acts and others.

Willing to be placed at the MPM Group's business unit across Indonesia
