Responsible for implementation of OIMS (Operation Integrity Management System) on the rig.
BS / BA Degree and / or minimum of ten years in oil and gas drilling/wellwork operation experience.
Strong leadership and skill in mentoring and supervision.
Proficient in communication, interpersonal and analytical / problem solving skills
Ensures drilling/wellwork procedures are followed as planned and conducted in an optimum manner.
Organizes and orders the necessary services and equipment to conduct drilling/wellwork operations.
