Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field

Fluency in English both written and verbal.

3+ years of experience in web3 community management, preferably in the gaming industry preferred.

Strong organizational and project management skills

Developing and executing a community management strategy that grows and nurtures a flourishing games community.

Planning and improving Discord server structure, bot and security management as needed.

Moderating online forums and social media channels, ensuring that players have a positive and supportive experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, native English speaker or Bilingual proficiency will be an advantage.

Good skills in teamwork and basic management.

Experience in Web3 community management

Over average level of English writing skills.

Event planning for Web3 communities

Organize and execute the community events
