Job Description of Waitress/Waiter The Waitress/Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in a restaurant setting. They must be able to take orders accurately, serve food and beverages, and process payments. They must also be able to maintain a clean and organized work area. Job Skills Required
