Mahasiswa minimal semester 5 atau mahasiswa yang sedang menyelesaikan studi Diploma (D3) dari berbagai jurusan

Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam menulis (dapat melampirkan portfolio jika ada)

Memiliki keahlian dalam menggunakan program untuk menulis seperti Google Docs, Google Slides, Microsoft Word, serta Excel

Memiliki pengalaman sebagai content writer di media sosial Instagram

Familiar dengan study abroad dan pencarian beasiswa

Tidak sedang mengikuti program magang lainnya, KKN, dan praktik lapangan

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements :

Enhance skills and build a personal portfolio

Own a certification from the University stating that the applicant is in his/her final semester or a certificate of graduation (SKL)

Active student in final semester or freshly graduate student from reputable university

Have an average minimum GPA of 3.50 on a 4 scale basis

Ability to write and spoke in English at a working level will be highly an advantage

Possess great writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, as well as excellent communication and presentation abilities

Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new things

Capable of meeting deadlines and working under pressure

Capable of learning and adapting fast

Make a monthly Editorial Plan.

Implement social media campaigns, choose and collaborate with influencers, key opinion leaders, and online media

Menghasilkan konten visual yang sesuai dengan merek, tujuan kampanye, dan target audiens.

Mengedit dan merangkai rekaman video untuk membuat konten pendek yang menarik seperti video promosi, demonstrasi produk, testimonial, atau animasi singkat.

Menggunakan perangkat lunak editing video seperti Adobe Premiere Pro untuk menghasilkan video berkualitas tinggi.

Mengambil foto produk, gambar kegiatan perusahaan, atau gambar terkait untuk digunakan dalam konten digital.

Mengedit foto untuk meningkatkan kualitas, mengatur pencahayaan, dan mengoptimalkan tampilan visual.

8. Attend team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in visual design

Having basic social media marketing knowledge

Able to conduct content planning for social media; having experience planning social media content for B2B company would be a plus

Having basic knowledge of social media tools

Conduct content planning for Prieds’ social media (Instagram and Linkedin)

Conduct content planning for Prieds’ email marketing

Conduct content research that relevant to Prieds’ target audience

Responsible to manage workload and deadlines to deliver design outcomes on time

Good communication skills using English or Bahasa. (Spoken & Written)

Responsible on collaborate with other Visual Designers to develop creative visual assets for promotional and corporate branding purposes

Responsible on assist Product Designer to produce visual (iconography & illustration) assets for user interface design mobile and desktop version

Responsible on work with UX Writers and Related Stakeholders to produce effective visual design outcomes

Responsible on assist the team in managing the design asset library (Figma & Google Drive) & project files

Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.

Have experience handle social media

Have a good copywriting skills & creative minds

Detail-oriented, excellent follow through, ability to multitask, manage projects and workflow

Experience creating strong, engaging content

A strong portfolio of characters illustrations, editorial, or other graphics.

Able to work from the office (WFO) at Sinbad Headquarter Jakarta minimum 3 days in a week.

Translate requirements into design, both digital or printed. Visually aesthetic and well communicate the message.

Swift in picking up new concept and skills.

Have some Illustration skill is a plus.

Good communication skill is a must.

Create standardized design materials, such as; pitch deck, promotional banner, and other design elements.

Follow and develop the company styles and brand guidelines.

Reports to: Manager, Communication & Outreach

Working knowledge of Canva, including its features and tools. Knowledge of other design & motion software is a plus.

Strong creative and analytical skills, bringing out-of-the-box ideas for the different work lines such as events, content, and strategy

Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Indonesian

Strong attention to detail and high organizational abilities

Knowledge of Indonesia's economic, business, and entrepreneurial climate is a plus
