Perform fleet management and 3 MRP

Prepare forecasting report for management review

1-2 year experience in the same field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Has experience in working in a multi-cultural environment will be advantageous

Has basic knowledge of using Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point

Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering/Geology/Civil Engineering

Deliver on resource, logistical and administrative requirements for promotional resources, activities & events. Including budget/ expense management.

External Stakeholder (KOL, Medical Association and Patient Group) Engagement & Management

Excellent in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience using Veeva Vault Promomats, CRM, or similar platforms is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communications skills (both in English and Indonesia language)

Development and execution of events throughout all stages of commercialization, including for launch and in-line products / therapeutic areas.

HCP, Medical Association, Patient Group (if applicable)

●Have excellent writing skills, detail oriented, and have good project management.

●Excellent verbal and written communication skills

●Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

●Willing to work full-time (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM).

1. Help to create and develop SOP also make sure the implementation

2. Helping to create reporting and documentation for business process in Operation Directorate

With experience working in Shipping/ Freight Forwarding/ Logistics companies

Excellent communication & presentation skills in both verbal and written in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player.

An ability to think through your approach to manage key stakeholders.

Knowledgeable in Manifest submission ( export / import )

Reports tasks in an efficient manner to achieve.

Ensuring each vessel comply with charterer requirement

Updating vessel locations (Time arrival, departure, berthing.)

Provide vessel operation daily report

Distribute vessel daily report update to related Dept. (Marine, Technical, Purchasing, Logistic)

Follow up for every incoming request from charterer

Ensuring logistic supply are timely manner (Bunker, fresh water.)
