Demonstrate a history of success as a consultant and sales account management.

Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance results and recommendations to senior management.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a Software sales/Cloud sales

Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

• Excellent planning, organisational, communication, time management and leadership skills

3-5 years of hands-on experience in Human Resource and Finance Managing

Manage finance-related work including Account Payable, Account Receivable and budgeting.

• Two or more years of experience in finance and accounting

Manage HR-related work including Payroll, Company accounts, Invoices, Clients documents and Tax.

Expected to work closely with the Contry Manager, internal managers and team leads.

Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans

Manage classroom crises and resolve conflict

Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience

Previous experience as an English teacher (minimum of 5 years)

Knowledge of various teaching methods

Deep understanding of the national curriculum and English language requirements

Opportunity to apply project management knowledge and skills in real-life projects

S1 (IT related background more preferable) / S2 (IT Management & related more preferable) education level

No bad track records in project management

2 years as Project Manager more preferable
