Treasury Supervisor Jobs

Strong understanding of accounting, finance, tax, and management principle

Provide financial analysis (including feasibility study) to support management in decision making process.

Handle company cash management strategy and process

Good understanding of payment process and liquidity management

Prepare & Manage Financial Projection and Budgeting

Manage timely and accurate payment process, as well as settlement and reconciliation of payments.

Knowledge of capital markets, accounting, finance and cash management and Banking regulation

Supervise treasury work, including internal transfer pricing, dealer financing, cash flow management, bank coordination include bank loan, foreign currency transfer

Min have 4 years of finance work experience in treasury experience

Make sure work flow to ensure that all treasury work are in compliance with Indonesia financing regulation.

Min have background in automotive or manufacturing company

Strong sense of responsibility and proactiveness, able to work on multiple projects

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance

Having experiences at least 2 years in similar capacity

Perform payments to Vendors & fund receiving

Monitoring Bank balances and Bank reconciliation

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, or other relevant majors

1-3 years of experience in Treasury/Finance Operations.

Working experience in banking, finance, internet and/or the crypto industry preferred

Handle day-to-day operations, including but not limited to OTC block trades, fulfilling regulatory requirements, etc.

Strong collaboration, communication, and interaction with different teams, especially the Treasury and Finance team

Manage payment requests through various financial institutions to ensure adherence to the company’s policies

Have min. 3 years experience as Treasury Operation/Treasury Settlement

Settle all the treasury’s product : FX, MM, Bond Transaction

Checking confirmation status MT message of FX, MM through GMO application

Prepare payment instruction of FX, MM through GMO application

Prematching bonds for input BI-SSSS with counterparty

Prepare the journal entries of MM transaction, Bond transaction

Melakukan dokumentasi atas data-data pembayaran

Mampu berbahasa Mandarin baik secara lisan maupun tulisan

Disiplin, jujur, loyalitas dan memiliki etika kerja dan komunikasi yang baik.

- Handle cash management activities, including cash receipts, disbursements, and reconciliation.

- Familiarity with cash management systems and ERP.

Prepare Letter Instruction of Time Deposit and Fund Transfer

Update list of Time Deposit, Investment Life Fund and Mutual Fund under Treasury

Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis and Risk Management

Prepare regular and ad hoc analysis for Management related to competitors, markets and partners.

Act as coordinator for Operational Risk and Business Continuity Management for FTB department.

Should have at least 10+ years’ experience in banking or finance industries, alternatively experience in Treasury function or funding

Have knowledge about treasury related policy and familiar with OJK rule

Facilitate monthly ALCO ensuring correct and timely preparation of all required material, and drive critical discussions and decision processes in ALCO.

Good communication and presentation skills

Receive invoice & verification (GGP & BE)

Posting payable to Symix (BE)

Create e-billing PPN, PPH 26, PPH 21 (GGP)

Doing recap of PPH & tax invoice (GGP & BE)

Maintain communication with Vendor & Purchaser

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management

Exhibits good communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and accountability

Provide administrative support to the department

Processing of documentation and sorting out documents to make sure they are in order

Other ad hoc duties assigned

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
