Prepare GER and Invoice for Management FEE

Have a good in time management

Prepare requirement for any changes on Snaps system and send to IT

Having experience on the same field min 2-3 years

Prepare payment disbursement from all department on Snaps System

Prepare payment on internet banking

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance

Having experiences at least 2 years in similar capacity

Perform payments to Vendors & fund receiving

Monitoring Bank balances and Bank reconciliation

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance

Required Skill(s): Operational Finance, Computerize Accounting

Verification of All Transactions in the Internal finance system

Responsible for filling finance documents

Act as coordinator for receiving finance document

Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related major

- Handle cash management activities, including cash receipts, disbursements, and reconciliation.

- Familiarity with cash management systems and ERP.
