Prepare financial monthly and yearly closing reports

Checking and monitoring bill / invoice / voucher

Providing administrative assistance to accounting and tax department

Colaborating with accounting to prepare the annual audit information for external auditor

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business/Administration/majoring in Management Finance/Accountancy

Having minimum 3 - 4 years of professional experience with related field as marketing officer or similar role

Working experience in supervisory level of any petrochemical company / manufacturing company, commercial sectors or public consulting firm is preferred.

Create and send regular reports data & information to decision makers and/or Sales function quickly using the latest information technology.

Organize marketing activities to raise brand awareness and build a good relationship with customer, also to conduct customer satisfaction survey.

Conduct market researches for product quality improvement & new development in prospective segments.

Collect data & information in frame work of market intelligence for crude, Naphtha, Ethylene, Propylene, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, and other products.

Min. 3 years experience in Finance

Strong finance & bank process knowledge

Have a good communication skills with internal and external parties

Monitor the payment process regularly and follow up with all related parties for payment completion

Complete and comply with all bank & Bl regulations related to the payment process

Prepare statements of cash position and cash flow and monitor exchange rates

Prepare management reports related to marketing activities.

Conduct day-to-day marketing activities such as email, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings with potential clients.

Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the market, competitor activities, and market trends to update forecasting, product, and price.

Collecting data of the potential client.

Approaching potential clients, negotiating, and dealing.

Help users to supervise the internship team.
