Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, management, accounting or a related field

Manage negotiation, contracting and purchase.

Manage tender and bidding with suppliers or vendor.

Manage cost analysis and strategy plan purchase.

Experience in purchasing and procurement raw or packaging material minimum 2 years.

Strong experience in purchase packaging material is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information in both languages.

Provide accurate interpretation services during meetings, negotiations, and other project-related activities between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and our project team.

Translate written documents, such as construction plans, technical specifications, and reports, from Mandarin to Indonesia or vice versa.

Assist with language-related tasks, such as conducting research, preparing bilingual documents, and providing language support as needed.

Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and maintaining high-quality interpretation services.

Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.

Be eager to get new professional certifications.

1+ years of over the telephone interpretation experience in a well-known interpretation company is a plus, but not mandatory.

Good knowledge of medical terminology is a plus, but not mandatory.

International certifications in the healthcare industry are a plus (PICSI, ALTA, HIPAA, etc.).

High level of communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
