Develop Curriculum/training road map for sales force manage bank partner training program

Create New Modules & Manage the existing modules

Create & manage the SOP Training

Training related certification, training module certification, financial planning certification

Conduct TTT Program to Trainers

Design, and execute the impressive internal e-Academy Blast

Minimum 1 year experience in Training/Learning Development, in retail industry would be a plus.

Analysis of training needs in each department

Setting month & yearly training plan priority based on urgency & importance level

Facilitate and development of external competence & training Arrange activities on job Training

Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.

Good in Microsoft Office especially Excel is a must.

Have at least 2 year of experience in Training and Assessment.

Min. Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Familiar with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

Familiar with psychological test tools.

Have the ability to write articles.

Will be place in Grand Pademangan Ancol, North Jakarta
