Hr Training And Assessment Staff Jobs

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.

Proficiency in using training software and learning management systems (LMS) is preferred.

Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.

Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design techniques.

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Superb analytical and time-management skill

Minimum 1 year experienced as Assessment Staff will be advantage

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Outstanding communication and attention for details

Deal accurately, courteously and promptly with queries relating to assessment

Ensure assessment records are accurately maintained

Have at least 2 year of experience in Training and Assessment.

Min. Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Familiar with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

Familiar with psychological test tools.

Have the ability to write articles.

Will be place in Grand Pademangan Ancol, North Jakarta
