Overview A Training Administrator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of training programs and activities. They are responsible for ensuring that training programs are effective and meet the needs of the organization. They also provide support to trainers and trainees, and ensure that all training materials are up to date and accurate. Detailed Job Description The Training Administrator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of training programs and activities. This includes developing and maintaining training materials, scheduling training sessions, and ensuring that all training materials are up to date and accurate. The Training Administrator is also responsible for providing support to trainers and trainees, and ensuring that training programs are effective and meet the needs of the organization. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Knowledge of adult learning principles

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
• At least two years of experience in training and development
• Certification in training and development
