Mencegah, mengalisa dan Menanggapi keluhan pelanggan
Berpartisipasi dalam audit Keamanan dan Mutu Pangan internal dan eksternal
Berpartisipasi dalam evaluasi sensorik, pengembangan resep dan proyek NPD.
Memimpin dan melakukan inspeksi pra-operasi Produksi, pemeriksaan CCP dan mengoordinasikan tindakan korektif bila diperlukan.
