Technical System Developer Jobs

Possess S1 degree in engineering with minimum 10 years of related experience in Power Plant or Asset Management Consultant

Technical Diploma (D3) in engineering with minimum 15 years of related Experience in Power Plant or Asset Management Consultant

Senior High School or Technical High School with over 20 years’ experience in power plant or Asset Management Consultant

Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders

Familiar with asset management planning and process, risk mitigation and action follow-up recommendation to O&M tiers and/or project/engineering tiers

Minimum seven (7) years in a supervisory/management position

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a system developer (or any programming-related role).

Experience with Microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Golang and its core libraries.

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a system developer (or any programming-related role).

* Experience with Microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

* Strong proficiency in Golang and its core libraries.

- MS SQL, Mongodb - Unix & Windows Server basic knowledge

Business Process Knowledge - Insurance or Financial is beneficial

Lead discussion with developers and vendors to document technical implementation approach

Producing low level Technical Document based on Technical Workshop and Architecture Design Document which guide developers in developing the required application

- Coach, handle development and performance management of staff,

- Manage and direct small, medium and larger size projects including budget and all business documentation,

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Products Company,

- Extensive verbal and written communication skills for a variety of audiences (both technical and non-technical),

- Any licenses or certifications required by the position is a plus point,

- Coordinates any necessary maintenance of system content,

• Minimum education D3/S1 from relevant majors

• Having experience as a .Net Developer for 4 years

• Having experience as a team lead project will be an added value

• Lead the development team in the design, development, and implementation of software applications.

• Develop and maintain software applications using various programming languages.

• Ensure that software applications are developed according to the company’s standards and best practices.
