Prior experience in credit/lending companies is required, and experience in multifinance would be advantageous.
Possess effective communication skills and demonstrate leadership abilities.
Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a supervisor in surveying, appraisal, or analysis within a financial institution.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of business surveys and possess knowledge of assessing vehicle conditions, including the body, engine, interior, and exterior.
Monitor all surveyor tasks to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) consistently across all branches.
Prepare survey reports on surveyor productivity and the capacity of each branch.
