Analyze needs and provide support in order to improve store effective & efficient store management systems

Implement and monitor SOP compliance of recruitment, training development, promotional, finance, stock, operation to ensure the store comply with the policy.

Have a good interpersonal skill, good in problem solving, & good in communication.

Create sales strategy and work plan in order to achieve sales targets.

Monitor and develop staff in the predetermined areas in order to build leadership succession plan in store

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field, with minimum GPA 3.00

Provide continuous learning to all team member on selling skills, product knowledge, Customer Service etc. to ensure highest level of competency

Have a strong leadership skills to manage Big Team

Work with team to give the best for customer to provide Excellence Service experience

Manages and ensure stock level base on standard

Manages and execute recruiting process for front liner & staff back office at store

At least 5 years hands on experience in managing store with at least 40 employee reporting to you

Product Food and Beverage Handling

Bersedia ditempatkan di store dengan sistem kerja shifting.

Bersedia bekerja di hari libur nasional dan akhir pekan (Sabtu Minggu)

Bersedia ditempatkan di wilayah Purwokerto

Memiliki skill leadership dan komunikasi

Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai kepala toko (diutamakan toko kosmetik atau toserba modern)

Memahami sistem warehousing seperti FIFO, Stock Opname, dll

Kreatif, jujur, dapat bekerja dalam tim, dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi

Maintain pesanan dan mengawasi stok barang

Mengeksekusi plan dan target penjualan
