3+ years' store management (MOD) experience at F&B Industry

Min. Diploma degree or equivalent experience

Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.

Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability

Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance

Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store

Relevant experience in primary and secondary education and training industry, store management or related management experience is preferred.

Excellent team management and leadership skills, able to motivate team members and coordinate various tasks.

Experience in marketing and sales management, familiar with marketing strategy and channel development.

Good organizational and time management skills, able to efficiently handle multi-tasking scenarios.

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build good relationships with parents, students and staff.

English communication skills is a must

Manage and be accountable for store finances such as cash advance, LPJ, shipping fees, cash deposits to Finance.

Using team talks, shares knowledge regarding company general information, fashion news, new product information, customer feedback, and staff communication.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail leadership role, or equivalent.

Able to execute strong analytical skills to improve store performance, targets, and matrix on a daily basis.

Under the lead and supervision of the Retail Area SPV, support in day-to-day leadership and key areas of store operations.

1. Experience in developing SharePoint Online (Office 365) or PowerPoint on premise applications.

2. Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate / Power Platform knowledge (added value).

3. Minimum 3 years experience.

4. Have .Net programming skills
