Final year or fresh graduate preferably from Technology Science related major

Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in Setiabudi, South Jakarta

Computer literate: word, excel, PPT

• Support delivery, account management, and sales teams in problem-solving and driving business growth

• Work closely with project management, IT, delivery teams to implement solutions as designed and monitor

• Improve existing technology assets / offerings by contributing in refining product backlogs and by supporting

• 4-6 Years of overall experience

• Strong understanding of AI enabled Conversation Bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge

• Lean Six Sigma BB / MBB Certification

Several years of sales and client management experience.

Deep understanding of Customer Experience solutions across the entire customer journey

Deep understanding of the SEA enterprise market especially around Experience in Commerce and Digital Marketing

Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented

Ability to manage a P&L, very good with numbers

Understand offerings deeply and pitch them to prospective clients

Minimal S1 dengan 15 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang pendidikan dan /atau transformasi kelembagaan

Paham dan pernah mempunyai pengalaman dalam bekerja dengan organisasi pemerintahan

Diutamakan yang mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang riset/penelitian

Mampu beradaptasi terhadap lingkungan kerja yang bervariasi dan memiliki interpersonal yang baik

Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan dalam tim yang terdiri dari berbagai latar belakang, kepercayaan, etnis dan budaya dan kebangsaan

Memiliki inisiatif, kreativitas dan ketrampilan dalam memecahkan masalah

Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.

Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, showcasing executive presence with demonstrated ability to manage senior client stakeholders i.e. CXOs.

Tertiary qualification in a technology or business discipline with a well ranked institution

Demonstrated experience in technology strategy for banks with exposure to one or more of the following areas:

Understanding of the new age solution provider landscape and their capabilities across banking.

Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams to shape up and deliver new opportunities.

At least have 1 year of work experience

Bachelor Degree in Mathematic, Statistic, Technical Information, Computer Science, or any related field

Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

Detail oriented, able to work in team, active, and independent

Able to operating Ms. Office (Excel)

Expert in Macro Excel is a must
